Ayla and Royal Marine Organize The First Ayla Marina Boat Show

Ayla and Royal Marine are organizing the Ayla Marina Boat Show at Ayla Marina from May 25th to 27th. This unique exhibition allows boat owners to showcase their boats in an open display for interested members of the public, as well as professionals and enthusiasts.

As the first of its kind, the show aims to provide a unique platform for boat buyers and sellers to connect, along with experts and hobbyists. Additionally, it seeks to support and enhance the local boat market in line with international best practices, while raising awareness among the local audience about the boating sector in Jordan.

Adel Ma’ani, the Marina Manager at Ayla Development Company, emphasized the importance of the offer, as it aligns with the package of events, services, and programs organized by Ayla. It also serves the commercial and tourism activities in the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA). It is worth mentioning that Ayla Marina currently provides 231 berths, with future expansion of another 104 berths,  and can accommodate boats up to 40 meters long.  The Marina also provides excellent marine services, exceptional facilities, and high-level maintenance works.

On his part, Hussam Atieh, the Managing Director of Royal Marine, stressed the significance of continuous cooperation with Ayla Development Company. This cooperation aims to enhance the emerging boat market in Aqaba and develop it into a promising regional and global market. Ongoing discussions between both parties are underway to establish this offer in the future.

The exhibition reflects Ayla and Royal Marine’s efforts to provide a promising boat market in Jordan, given the growing interest from residents of Aqaba, visitors to Ayla Marina, and boating enthusiasts in general. The organizers of the Ayla Marina Boat Show hope that this event, starting from Ayla’s waterfront in the Marina, will kickstart activities that promote local boat and yacht trade, leading to its future development and positively impacting local and regional tourism in Aqaba, as well as the commercial sector.
